Rob brings the team 7 years national and world championship co-driving experience. Rob started his career in 2002 in Paris, TX on the same roads as Dave would 2 years later. A Group N national champion, he's worked with dozens of drivers over his career on the regional, national and international level including experience in the Group N world championship. Rob paired with Rally Ready in 2007 and his knowledge and experience over his career has proven a vital asset to the team.

Wes Aylor, crew chief
With 20 years experience in the racing industry, Wes grew up at the race track and has racing in his blood. His industry experience and his passion for rally combined when he crewed his first rally with Rally Ready in 2006. He has since taken over as lead technician and crew chief and manages maintenance and operations of the race vehicles as well as oversight of race week operations.
